Our client, a window and construction company located in Troy, MI, is looking to hire multiple Appointment Setters / Customer Service Reps to start ASAP!
Details :
- Hybrid position
- Must be flexible on hours and schedule! Start times available : 8a, 10a, 11a, or 1p Must be flexible to work any day of the week (will get two days off each week)Schedule will be assigned after training
- 3 month contract to hire
- Bonus structure offered once permanent
Description :
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (60-100 per day)
- Schedule a representative to meet with customer in person
- Inform customers of products / services
- Find out the needs of each customer and ensure we have what they are looking for
